Carla Butcher joined the Navy within days of 9/11 and soon shipped out for Malta. But during her first hours there, she was raped by a fellow sailor — and she spent the remainder of her four years in the service battling both post-traumatic stress disorder and a military justice system that seemed set up to prove she was the guilty party.

Turns out, the man she turned in had already been accused by two other military women, one of whom had been flown home just two weeks before she arrived. And the other, she said, had committed suicide.

Yet under “don’t ask, don’t tell,” Butcher couldn’t even refute the female defense lawyer who got up at the accused sailor’s trial and described her as someone “in four-inch heels and tight jeans who wanted it.”

“I just had to suck it up,” said Butcher, because “if I’d said I don’t even sleep with men — I’m a lesbian — I’m the one who would have been out with a dishonorable.” In the end, the argument that the sex had been consensual was believed, and the accused went free yet again, just as he’d predicted he would, while Butcher’s military career was over before it started.

I just wanted to leave a note here to discuss the constant set-up process these people / ?our government? are conducting on some.  It appears everywhere I go there is this process being conducted on myself.  Every store I go into I am constantly getting V2K so to speak, in order to disparage me.  Somehow they are injecting these V2K words into my head, as well as the surrounding people, in order to make me look bad, and to, what it appears, get others to have a undesirable opinion of me. I believe this process is also being use to divide and conquer.  As I walk into a room where my mother is sitting, it appears at some point they V2K some very nasty disparaging comments into her head, while holding me down, so to speak, not allowing me to pick up on what they are doing.  They are also sending severe head and body pains into others I am in the vicinity of.  I have become so accustomed to these attacks; I do not always know what they are doing.

I have also heard reports from others, including one TI, that at times, when they have been confronted by police officers for whatever reason, they were compelled to make some type of actions, such as flailing around, or waving their arms.  After hearing these people's stories, it appears they were set-up in an effort to potentially place them in custody.

So, bottom line, these people doing this are no longer just doing this to me.  Better yet, they are no longer doing this to me since I have in a lot if instances just toned them out, and ignore them.  Now, they are just doing it to everyone else, just carpet bombing anyone and everyone.

This is the first site on the web which discusses Telepathy-ESP as an acquired capability through the use of chemicals, and it is with this technology I believe our government is harassing and torturing innocent citizens. My personal beliefs as to where these attacks are coming from are directly in line with what Dr. Nick Begich has describes in his interview with George Noory.  As my blog indicates, I believe these attacks are coming from people via telepathy,  and the primary purpose of this is Psychological Manipulation of the subject to force them to do the Perp's wishes.  Also to tear down the subject.  These attacks may also be to supress the capabilities one TI may possess.  These attacks are in the Paranormal area, similar to Remote Viewing, but different.

Lecturer and author Dr. Nick Begich discussed the latest research on telepathy in the battlefield, where brain waves alone can give commands. Today's science-fiction may be tomorrow science-fact, he commented. Begich described some of DARPA's far-out experiments which could allow military communication through analysis of neural signals rather than vocalized speech, using EEG to read the brain waves. A similar technique might be employed with "mind reading binoculars" which could pick up threats faster than the conscious mind can process them. Begich noted that other branches of the military such as the Air Force and Navy were also experimenting with mind/brain technologies.

Audio Tape Confirmation - Telepathy via Chemical Substance

After providing several complaints to the local Huntsville, AL police department and receiving countless replies that they did not know what I was talking about, that I should see a doctor, and that if it existed it would be secret, I finally received some degree of acknowledgement this substance exists.  Prior to this acknowledgement, I have also received responses from my local HPD that I should make a report to the FBI, or whatever other agency they could think of at the moment.  During the many reports and requests for assistance I have made over the years one officer actually said yes, they had heard of the substance I was talking about, and yes there was something that provided telepathic capabilities via a chemical substance.  Here is the audiotape I created during this meeting...

This recording was taken as I submitted yet another police report concerning the head attacks I have been receiving.  The officer on duty at the front desk I was questioning about these attacks is Officer Sawicki, HPD.  The initial stretch of tape is background noise at the Huntsville Police Department.  I then ask if he has heard of any substance which when taken provides telepathic capabilities.  He indicates "yeah," which is distinctly audible on the recording.  I then ask what is the substance, and he states, "I don't know."

At this point he asks if I have my drivers license with me and I indicate it is out in the car.  I then leave to go get it.

The tape runs to the end, and there is no further recording.  I continue to question the officer about this substance and where and who he has heard about it from.  He indicates he has heard about it from many people and talked about it with many.  He refuses to tell me what the substance is.  I continue to submit the report and ask why nothing can be done to stop these attacks, that I have submitted numerous reports, and only now he is indicating this substance existence.  He refuses to discuss anything further including what can be done to stop the attacks or what this infamous substance is.  This is where the conversation ends, because he refuses to discuss the issue any further.

Well, I have meant to make this post for quite some time now; however, I have been under considerable harassment and torture from my PERPs. I have been attempting to build a web development site; however, my PERPs have decided to levy considerable attacks I would assume to keep me from being productive and build this business. Over time I have recorded and documented a history of hair loss I have sustained due to these attacks my PERPs have levied on my here in Huntsville, AL. At specific times during my terroristic torture and harassment process, my PERPs would target specific locations on my head. These pictures illustrate the effects of these attacks, and the resulting hair loss I have sustained. These PERPs are worst than the worst terrorist, because what they are doing is attacking innocent ordinary citizens I would assume for the thrill of it. They remind me of the thrill seeker going around beating up on innocent folks, BECAUSE THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT. They are shrouded in protection, and can’t be held accountable for their actions because I would bet my last dollar the local law enforcement are in on and part of these harassment activities. They use this capability to torture, attempted control, and torment of individuals.

These pictures also illustrate what these PERPS can get away with, because we TI’s have no substantiated proof who these attacks are coming from. These pictures provide clear proof the physical damage one can sustain; however, even after repeated reports to my local Huntsville, AL PD these attacks continue.

I am 100% convinced these attacks are coming directly from people here in Huntsville, AL through the use of telepathy. These local people have been administered some type of substance which gives them this ability, and by gang stalking and harassment, they are being allowed to torture and harass individuals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I believe they consider themselves HEROs because of what they can do to an individual. They are able to sneak up on and torture someone, even in their sleep, and are protected by the shroud of local law enforcement.

Statement by Ingo Swann on Remote Viewing

I refer to:

Since these two events, I have been besieged by many telephone calls and requests for interviews.  I have decided that the most efficientway to respond is to prepare this general statement which addresses the
basic issues of the involvement of the intelligence/military communities with remote viewing.

A good place to begin this statement is to unequivocally state that nothing being reported in this latest 1995 flap is new news.  Media coverage was quite extensive during the 1970s decade regarding this issue.

Jack Anderson's syndicated columns usually had the scoop, but all the news services picked up the lead a day or two later.  These include the Associated Press (AP) and the Washington Post, etc., who are claiming new discovery, but which venerable institutions apparently haven't bothered to check their own archives of published materials.  Several competent books were also published during the 1970s and early 1980s.  I, however, maintain a nearly complete archive of all published materials I am referring to here.

Hardly anything I've seen or read in the media during the last two weeks is new news, and all of it has been reported on before, including the fact that several intelligence agencies were involved in so-called "psychic research."  The present media, therefore, are re-sensationalizing (i.e. re-hashing) old news, probably for the novelty of hype or the benefit of ratings and shares.

There is one difference, though.  This regards the "spin" being loaded into today's media frenzy.  This spin is different from the more factual one of the 1970s.  To understand it requires a little background data. 

A series of maps have been created detailing TI locations throughout the USA.  These maps were created using the data generated by the "Cease and Ban Direct Energy Programs and Electronic Surveillance of Humans" petition.  Yellow thumbnails were placed at the zipcode corresponding to each TI.  This means that they won't be directly over the home location of any particular TI, since the actual address wasn't inputed.  This will only really matter if you were distributed the Microsoft Streets and Trips file used to generate these maps, and zoomed way in to view streets.  The yellow dots on the maps are large enough to cover quite a distance around each town.

To date only USA TI's have been inputed into the maps.  Dependent on how these are recieved, and the feedback I recieve, I can continue inputing additional TI data, as well as expand the map to include other areas of the world, including Canada.  There are many TI's living just north of the US boarder in Canadian cities.  This will probably be my next area to concentrate on while inputing data.
