Over the years I have run into several key standard PERP sayings I have encountered when confronting people with the fact that I am receiving these head attacks. As I detail the experiences and explain the TELEPATHIC source of these attacks, it has become apparent there must be a 'Stand Operation Procedure' play-book those who know of this technology/capability use to surpress it's existence from the public.
