“Activated on 27 November 1990, the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (USACAPOC) is responsible for overseeing two lesser known areas of Special Operations whose contributions are no less valuable than Special Forces or Rangers. Used during peacetime, contingencies and declared war, these activities are not a form of force, but are force multipliers that use nonviolent means in often violent environments. Persuading rather than compelling physically, they rely on logic, fear, desire or other mental factors to promote specific emotions, attitudes or behaviors. I believe if we all look back we’ll most likely realize we are all under some type of psychological warfare where our actions and thoughts are being manipulated to result in the outcome of our warped perps desires.  The first and foremost desire is to contain our ability to live.  This is done by removing our ability to sustain a meaningful life.  Our employment capabilities are diminished and our finances are reduced.  This in effect traps us into not being able to move around.  We are held hostage right where we are.  Whenever we log onto the computer to communicate with others the harassment increases exponentially.  This is an attempt to mentally condition us into not reaching out to others in a similar situation.  If we attempt to contact a lawyer to discuss our predicament, the harassment increases again.  We are not allowed to talk.  This harassment reached peak levels for me when I first attempted to obtain legal support for what was going on.  They don’t want us to talk and they don’t want us to reach out to others in similar situations. 

Mission

“The mission of the 4th Psychological Operations Group (Airborne) is to deploy anywhere in the world on short notice, and plan, develop, and conduct Civil Affairs and Psychological operations in support of Unified Commanders, coalition forces, or other government agencies as directed by the National Command Authority.” 

Psychological Operations (PSYOP)

“The purpose of psychological operations (PSYOP) is to demoralize the enemy by causing dissension and unrest among his ranks, while at the same time convincing the local population to support American troops. PSYOP units also provide continuous analysis of the attitudes and behavior of enemy forces to the tactical commanders in the field, so they can develop, produce and employ propaganda in a successful manner. 

Psychological Operations are a vital part of the broad range of U.S. political, military, economic and ideological activities used by the U.S. government to secure national objectives.” 

I think we have all been in the situation where we are not quite sure why others around us all of a sudden have a negative feelings or attitudes toward us.  These PERPs who have been stalking and harassing us have undoubtedly taken a page or two from the PSYOP play book in their attempt to contact others around us and paint a picture of unflattery about us.  One of these perps’ primary objectives is to counter every move we make, with the objective of bringing us down and driving us into the dirt.  I have found that wherever I go there is always a wave of perps moving into any place or situation I go in an attempt to demoralize and deteriorate my mental capacity.
