Carla Butcher joined the Navy within days of 9/11 and soon shipped out for Malta. But during her first hours there, she was raped by a fellow sailor — and she spent the remainder of her four years in the service battling both post-traumatic stress disorder and a military justice system that seemed set up to prove she was the guilty party.

Turns out, the man she turned in had already been accused by two other military women, one of whom had been flown home just two weeks before she arrived. And the other, she said, had committed suicide.

Yet under “don’t ask, don’t tell,” Butcher couldn’t even refute the female defense lawyer who got up at the accused sailor’s trial and described her as someone “in four-inch heels and tight jeans who wanted it.”

“I just had to suck it up,” said Butcher, because “if I’d said I don’t even sleep with men — I’m a lesbian — I’m the one who would have been out with a dishonorable.” In the end, the argument that the sex had been consensual was believed, and the accused went free yet again, just as he’d predicted he would, while Butcher’s military career was over before it started.

(CNN) -- Stephanie Schroeder joined the U.S. Marine Corps not long after 9/11. She was a 21-year-old with an associate's degree when she reported for boot camp at Parris Island, South Carolina.

"I felt like it was the right thing to do," Schroeder recalls.

A year and a half later, the Marines diagnosed her with a personality disorder and deemed her psychologically unfit for the Corps.

Anna Moore enlisted in the Army after 9/11 and planned to make a career of it. Moore was a Patriot missile battery operator in Germany when she was diagnosed with a personality disorder and dismissed from the Army.

Jenny McClendon was serving as a sonar operator on a Navy destroyer when she received her personality disorder diagnosis.

These women joined different branches of the military but they share a common experience:

Each received the psychiatric diagnosis and military discharge after reporting a sexual assault.

I just wanted to leave a note here to discuss the constant set-up process these people / ?our government? are conducting on some.  It appears everywhere I go there is this process being conducted on myself.  Every store I go into I am constantly getting V2K so to speak, in order to disparage me.  Somehow they are injecting these V2K words into my head, as well as the surrounding people, in order to make me look bad, and to, what it appears, get others to have a undesirable opinion of me. I believe this process is also being use to divide and conquer.  As I walk into a room where my mother is sitting, it appears at some point they V2K some very nasty disparaging comments into her head, while holding me down, so to speak, not allowing me to pick up on what they are doing.  They are also sending severe head and body pains into others I am in the vicinity of.  I have become so accustomed to these attacks; I do not always know what they are doing.

I have also heard reports from others, including one TI, that at times, when they have been confronted by police officers for whatever reason, they were compelled to make some type of actions, such as flailing around, or waving their arms.  After hearing these people's stories, it appears they were set-up in an effort to potentially place them in custody.

So, bottom line, these people doing this are no longer just doing this to me.  Better yet, they are no longer doing this to me since I have in a lot if instances just toned them out, and ignore them.  Now, they are just doing it to everyone else, just carpet bombing anyone and everyone.

This below letter was submitted to President Obama's Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues at a meeting in the St. Regis Auditorium Washington DC on February 25, 2011.  This letter and many speeches discuss the rape and torture we as TI's are receiving, as well as the fact that these attacks are slow killing us.  I consider these attacks not only rape of the Body, but also of the Mind and Soul which I will discuss in a later report.  But these low level trash doing this to us are on the level of the Nazi SS, just slow killing and raping our souls.  I also put these people on the level of low lives as the Gaddafi forces who were responsible of raping the Libyan woman (April 11, 2011) who showed up in a hotel screaming rape, etc.  I personally sat in the loby of the St. Regis discussing this below letter with some fellow TI's, and the fact that these people are rapping us.  As viewed in this report, you can see she received many instances of international sympathy, including US instances.  I remember Anderson Cooper spending many shows covering her ordeal.  To date we TI's have received NO concern from either President Obama, or his commission.  We are still enduring the same level of torture.  I will place the videos of our comments to President Obama's Commission in a bit.

Dear Commissioners,

I have been targeted, tortured, terrorized, and harassed by peoples in and around Huntsville, Al for the past 7 plus years.  These torture attacks probably started much sooner.  I attach several documents I have submitted to USA officials over the years, which describe these attacks.  These attachments give a history and description of what I have endured.

I request and beg the commission to do a study and identify these attackers, and bring them to justice.  These torture attacks are severe, debilitating, and certainly wearing on the health and well being of the Targeted Individuals (TI’s).

Many of these attacks are nasty and should be considered rape, of not only the Targeted Individual, but the children in the surrounding area who are also being subjected to these same attacks.

Thank you all for holding these hearings, and listening to us, who will be describing these torture attacks in further detail.
