As I have described, the capability or technology they are using is essentially TELEPATHY, or the transfer of thought from one person to another. These thoughts when concentrated in a certain way can transfer pain as I have described as attacks. This capability can also be used to control another person. By concentrating on another person, or myself in this instance, they can latch onto ones head or brain. They are essentially tapping into another persons head through thought.  They can inflict pain, transfer non verbal communication, as well as move or excite body parts, such as arm or hand movement, just by transfering the thought.  By transfering thought or suggestion they have the ability to affect ones behavior. This latching on is just as it seams, like a claw is grasping your head. It is not only a feeling that someone has taken ahold of your head, but you also get a feeling of dizzyness durring these attacks. The severity of these feelings vary dependent, I am assuming, on the strength of the other person, or how many people are attempting to take control of your head. These suggestions are transfered using the same described telepathic technique, and I would also assume in a subconscious way as well. Since experiencing some of the things I have during this process, I have done research in the capabilities of our government.  Remote Viewing is one area I have discovered which may be being used to some degree.  Please review that area of the site to get a better understanding of what RV entails.

The phenomina I am describing is similar to Synthetic Technology, or V2K.  My belief however is that these thought transfers are being made by use of telepathy.  I will include a link here to Synthetic Telepathy for future reference...  

At the beginning, when this started happening to me, I was subjected to a car wreck by the perps, as can be seen by the picture of my Ford Explorer.  I have also included a copy of the police report, as well as additional pictures of my wrecked vehicle.

As can be seen in the photo my vehicle was smashed up pretty well.  I was proceding into an intersection, where the light had turned green well in advance of my moving forward.  As a matter of fact, there was a vehicle in front of me which had already went through the intersection, and had cleared in advance of me moving into the intersection.

 Here is a quote from a witness who saw clearly what happened,

"One white car cleared.  The green Explorer was 2nd in line headed north and
had started his turn when the white Suburban cam through without seeming to
even slow down.  The Suburban struck the Explorer and spun around almost 180deg".

This accident was clearly a set up.  I even had a V2K pick-up, which was obviously telepathic communication between the occumants of the other vehicle, which stated, "He almost took US out."

The primary purpose for these head attacks was undoubtedly money. Different folks were able to gain monetarily for
different reasons. As I have indicated previously, these attacks are occurring 24 hours a day. Someone or agency
must be footing the bill to have these people follow and torment me in this fashion.

These attacks were also intended to degrade and demoralize me into some type of submission. Throughout this
process of theirs, I was "played" for different reasons. As I will discuss in the previous page at some point, one of the
primary uses of this technology, if you will, is to gain control over the targets mind. These attacks were intended to
degrade my brain capability and thus through various types of suggestion gain control over my person.

In addition these attacks were intended to strip me of whatever capability they may have originally seen. As I stated
in the first page of this site, their original intention was to get me in with them. At some point the strategy shifted,
and they used these attacks to "TAKE ME DOWN." They did not want to leave someone walk the streets who could
spot them and potentially hear, so to speak, their communications ... that is pick up their telepathic
communications. These attacks degraded and eliminated this capability I obviously possessed, why else would they
have spent so much time and resources with these head attacks.

At a later date I will discuss several of the "plays" they made on me. The validity and reasons for these plays
are/will be speculation, although the primary purpose was/is to screw with my mind.

These people's prime purpose is to paint picture and make people/targets believe what they want them to believe.
They use this capability to beat you down, tear you down, so at some point you will give in and believe what they are
telling you and making you believe. They instill these beliefs and thoughts into your head through telepathic
suggestion.

I think you call it being brain washed. It's just a high tech, high level version of it. They just have extensive amounts
of resources and man power to make it happen.

At least this is when I became aware of these attacks and how they worked.

 They started while working at United Space Alliance here in Huntsville, AL. I was located at Marshall Space Flight Center in the Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Booster Level II department.

I am an engineer with a mechanical engineering degree from Loyola Marymount University.

I  contacted my employer and explained in detail what was occurring. (As I stated above I believe my employer was contacted by these people and administered the chemical at MSFC (including NASA personnel) as well as at the United Space Alliance complex.) The head attacks were so severe I had to leave work sick on numerous instances. At the time these attacks were not occurring during the night, only during the daytime while at work. My employer decided to move me from the MSFC location to the United Space Alliance location just off the base. These head attacks continued, and my complaints continued. At my employer's request I submitted to physicals, blood tests, an MRI, and visited with several counselors/psychologists, all of which cleared me for work. Ultimately the decision was made by my employer to terminate my employment because these attacks continued, and my complaints and sick days continued. 

Although I became aware of these attacks
and how they worked while working at
United Space Alliance, it is entirely possible
they began prior to this point. It is however
clear they became severe and pronounced
while working, since this is how I learned the
mechanics behind them. I clearly recollect
prior to this time, however, feeling sick and
dazed on more than one occassion. They
could/probably were using these attack
techniques to cause these feelings.

As I indicated on the "Background" page, it
was my understanding they initially
attempted to get me "IN" with them. I
frequented numberious locations, such as
golf courses and parks, to attempt to make
contact, or get in; however, it never
happened. For whatever reason it is my
belief they used this telepathic attack
capability to begin the harrassment during
this initial time frame.
