In order to change a Blog Entry, you must first go to "Your Blog" which shows a list of items you currently have in your blog.  At this point you can either view the entry by placing the mouse arrow over the entry and clicking, or you can go directly to edit mode by selecting the pencil arrow just to the right of the entry.  There are red arrows showing where to select the entry or pencil icon.

If selected the entry, it will display the entry as it is posted in your blog.  You can view your entry and now decide to go back to the list, or edit it.  Select the pencil icon if you need to edit this entry.

 Once you are done editing your entry, you now need to save the changes.  Click the disk icon once all changes are made to your satisfacton.

Once the admin approves your status as a blogger, you will then be able to select the 'Publishing' shown below, and allow others to view your blog. Initially you won't be able to publish your blog, and it wil only be able to be seen by you when you go to "Your Blog" in the User Menue to your left. You can also keep a blog entry private in this way by not publishing it to the community.

When creating a new blog there are specific Section/Category the admin would like each member to place their blog in. When you first start out, there is a Member Blogger/New Blogs - Section/Category where new members can start. At the top of the "Intro Text" page you will see the pull-down menu where Section/Category can be chosen.

The Section and Category layout looks something like this:

• Section (main section holding all Blogs)
  
• Category (areas under the section heading holding each individuals specific blog)

There will only be one Sectin in this site where all blogs will be placed, that is 'Member Blogger.' Each member who is given blogger capabilities will then be assigned their own Category to create their posts. For example, when govharass posts in his blog, he will choose the 'Member Blogger/govharass Blog - Section/Category.

New members are to choose the Member Blogger/New Blogs - Section/Category to start out with. When blogger status is approved the admin will then create the Category for that member.
